  • tablespoons butter softened
  • cups yukon gold potatoes for flour
  • 0.5 cup oats 
  • tablespoons powdered milk dry
  • 1.3 teaspoons salt 
  • 2.3 teaspoons yeast dry quick
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds

Directions

  1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except nuts in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Add nuts at the Raisin/Nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
