Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup water hot
  • tablespoons butter 
  • 0.3 cup shallots finely chopped
  • medium pears peeled cut into 1/4-inch slices ( 2 cups)
  • 0.3 cup walnut pieces chopped
  • oz cheese blue crumbled
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • 1.5 cups frangelico

  • tart form

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom with cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and hot water until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom and up side of tart pan, using fingers coated with Bisquick mix.
  3. Bake 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in 8-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add shallots; cook 2 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender; remove from heat.
  6. Arrange pear slices on crust.
  7. Spread butter mixture over pears.
  8. Bake 20 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle walnuts over pears.
  10. Bake about 10 minutes longer or until tart is golden brown.
  11. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese. Cool 10 minutes on cooling rack.
  12. Sprinkle with parsley.
  13. Serve warm or at room temperature.
