Ingredients

  • pound pork loin boneless cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • pound bell pepper red frozen
  • 4.7 oz butter mashed
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  •  eggs beaten
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • 1.5 teaspoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 12 ounces fatty pork 
  • tablespoon red wine vinegar 
  • servings potatoes for on potatoes pouch
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Season pork with pepper.
  2. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook pork in oil 3 to 4 minutes or until brown, turning to brown evenly.
  3. Stir together gravy, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper; stir into pork.
  4. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Stir in vegetables.
  5. Heat to boiling; cover and simmer over medium-low heat 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Make potatoes as directed on pouch, using water, milk and butter.
  7. Add egg; whip with fork until smooth. Spoon potatoes over simmering pork mixture. Cover and heat through 5 minutes.
