  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • lb savory vegetable frozen
  • 1.3 lb chicken breast boneless skinless
  • 0.3 teaspoon tarragon dried
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • cup frangelico 
  • cup frangelico

Directions
