  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.5 cup candied cherries quartered
  • cups carrots shredded
  • 1.5 cups coconut flakes flaked
  •  eggs 
  • 2.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • 0.5 cup pecans chopped
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil

Directions
