Ingredients

  • cup butter room temperature
  • 0.7 cup sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • teaspoon almond extract 
  • 2.5 cups flour 
  • cup almond flour (can substitute ground almonds*)
  • 0.3 cup powdered sugar for sprinkling

Directions

  1. Beat the butter and the sugar together until light and fluffy.
