Ingredients

  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • 7.5 oz marinated artichoke drained chopped
  • oz olives pitted ripe drained canned
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese shredded grated
  • box ranch & bacon pasta salad mix betty crocker® suddenly salad®
  • oz pimientos drained sliced chopped
  • oz provolone cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes (1 cup)
  • 0.5 cup onion red finely chopped
  • cup genoa salami cubed
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • tablespoons water cold

Directions

  1. Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir together Seasoning mix, water, oil and mustard.
  3. Add salami, cheese, onion, artichoke hearts, olives and pimentos; toss gently to combine.
  4. Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain well.
  5. Add pasta to salad mixture; toss gently.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving.
