Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon double-acting baking powder
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 egg white
- 0.5 cup flour all-purpose
- 0.3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.3 cup quick-cooking oats uncooked
- 0.1 teaspoon salt
- 0.3 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons apple sauce unsweetened
- 1.5 teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
- Combine milk, applesauce, oil, and egg white; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Spoon batter into 4 muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray, filling each three-fourths full.
- Bake at 400 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from pan immediately.
