  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  •  garlic clove crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup part-skim ricotta 
  • pound pizza dough 
  •  plum tomatoes sliced
  • cup mozzarella cheese smoked shredded
