  • ounce asiago cheese grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  •  egg white lightly beaten
  • teaspoons thyme leaves fresh chopped
  •  lemon wedges 
  • tablespoon olive oil extra-virgin
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs (Japanese breadcrumbs)
  • 16 ounce center-cut loin pork chops boneless
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place pork between 2 sheets of plastic wrap; pound to an even thickness (about 1/4 inch) using a meat mallet or a small heavy skillet.
