Ingredients

  • ounces angel hair pasta uncooked
  • 10  asparagus fresh cut into 1-inch pieces
  • tablespoon butter 
  • 0.5 teaspoon chicken soup base 
  • tablespoon flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 cup mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 0.8 cup milk 
  • tablespoons parmesan shredded
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup swiss cheese shredded
  • cup turkey diced cooked

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, bouillon, pepper and salt until smooth; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat; add cheeses and stir until smooth.
  2. Stir in the turkey, asparagus and mushrooms. Cook until heated through.
  3. Drain pasta and place in a serving bowl.
  4. Pour sauce mixture over pasta; toss gently to coat.
