Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Mix in rice flour until well blended.
  4. Add all-purpose flour.
  5. Remove from bowl.
  6. Knead dough for 5 minutes.
  7. Roll dough out and place in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
  8. Prick the top with a fork.
  9. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  10. Cut into bars and allow to cool in the pan.
