Ingredients

  •  bacon crumbled cooked drained ()
  • 0.8 cup seasoning cubes diced
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • cup egg substitute 
  • cups skim milk fat-free
  • cup spring onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • ounces gruyere cheese shredded
  • 12 ounces sourdough bread french toasted cut into 1/2-inch cubes ( 10 cups),

Directions

  1. Combine milk, green onions, egg substitute, mustard, and pepper in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  2. Add bread cubes and ham; stir well to combine.
  3. Pour into a 2-quart baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 35
  6. Uncover dish, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with bacon.
  8. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until bread mixture is set and cheese is bubbly.
