  • tablespoons brown sugar 
  • tablespoons butter chilled cut into small pieces
  • tablespoons crystallized ginger chopped
  • 0.3 cup rum dark
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • cups mangos peeled chopped ( 3 mangos)
  • 0.8 cup regular oats 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup coconut or sweetened flaked toasted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
  3. Combine flour, oats, coconut, sugar, ginger, and salt in a bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
