  • 2.3 cups buttermilk 
  • cups self-rising corn meal mix white
  • large eggs 
  • 0.8 cup flour all-purpose
  • tablespoon sugar

  2. Combine cornmeal mix, flour, and sugar in a large bowl.

  5. Pour over melted butter in skillet.
  6. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until golden.
