Ingredients

  • ounce angel hair pasta 
  • cups chicken breast halves boneless cubed cooked
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh chopped
  • clove garlic chopped
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper sauce hot
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 2.5 cups tomatoes chopped

Directions

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook angel hair pasta until it is al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Saute the onions and garlic. Stir in the tomatoes, chicken, basil, salt and hot pepper sauce. Reduce heat to medium, and cover skillet. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture is hot and tomatoes are soft.
  5. Toss sauce with hot cooked angel hair pasta to coat.
  6. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
