  • cup curd cottage cheese 
  • 0.5 cup parmesan 
  • 0.5 cup catsup 
  • tsp brown sugar 
  • tsp brown sugar 
  • 0.5  jalapeno 
  • 0.5 cup flat parsley italian
  • 1.3 cup milk 
  • cloves garlic 
  •  onion diced
  • 0.8 tsp ground cumin 
  • 0.5 tsp salt 
  • 0.5 tsp pepper black
  • Tbs butter 
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded your favorite
  • 0.3 cup breadcrumbs italian homemade
  • lb .5 oz. macaroni your favorite
  • lb .5 oz. macaroni your favorite

Equipment

Directions

  1. Prepare the macaroni as directed.
  2. Combine in a food processor the cottage cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, ketchup, brown sugar, jalapeo, garlic, parsley and seasonings.
  3. Heat a frying pan with butter and saut the onions until softened and transparent.
  4. Heat another frying pan with a pat of butter; add the bread crumbs; toss and brown a bit.
  5. Butter a baking dish.
  6. Add the macaroni, the mixture from the food processor, the shredded cheese, the onions and toss.
  7. Top with the bread crumbs a few pats of butter and grated Parmesan cheese and a little shredded cheese.
  8. Bake 25 30 minutes; until slightly golden.
