- 12 12-inch flour tortillas ()
- 10 ounce regular corn frozen
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper green chopped
- 1 onion diced finely
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 0.3 cup vegetable oil
