Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups baking mix all-purpose
  • cups poached berries assorted (blackberries, blueberries and raspberries)
  • 0.3 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • Tbsp juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • Tbsp minute tapioca 
  • 0.8 cup sugar divided
  • 0.8 cup water

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Spoon berries into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; set aside.
  3. Mix 3/4 cup sugar, tapioca and cinnamon in large saucepan; stir in water and lemon juice. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  4. Pour over berries.
  5. Stir baking mix, remaining sugar and milk in medium bowl until mixture forms soft dough. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls over fruit mixture.
  6. Bake 28 to 30 min. or until biscuit topping is golden brown. Cool slightly.
