  • 1.3 cups banana very ripe mashed (3 medium)
  • 0.7 cup sugar 
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla 
  •  eggs 
  • 2.7 cups pancake mix 
  • 0.5 cup nuts chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  2. In large bowl, stir bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and eggs. Stir in Bisquick™ mix and nuts.
  3. Pour into pan.
  4. Bake 57 to 62 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan and place top side up on wire rack. Cool completely, about 2 hours, before slicing. Wrap tightly and store at room temperature.
