  • 15 ounce no-salt-added black beans rinsed drained canned
  • 24 inch bread shells italian (Boboli)
  • 0.5 cup green onions thinly sliced ( 2 large)
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • cup chunky salsa 
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • cups meat from a rotisserie chicken shredded cooked
