  • cups lentils black cooked
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika 
  • cup almonds toasted
  • cup raisins 
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • 2.5 tablespoons mint leaves fresh chopped
