- 2 cups lentils black cooked
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup almonds toasted
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
- 2.5 tablespoons mint leaves fresh chopped

- 0.3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 orange zest
- 0.5 orange juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
