Ingredients

  • oz baby spinach leaves 
  • cups grape tomatoes cut in quarters
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • 1.5 oz parmesan cheese shaved
  • 1.5 cups penne pasta 
  • tablespoons onion red finely chopped
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons whole-grain mustard 
  • 10 strips
