- 1 tablespoon chicken soup base
- 12 ounce fettuccine barilla uncooked
- 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 green onions sliced
- 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 8 ounce cup heavy whipping cream sour
