  • ounce cheese blue crumbled
  • 0.5 cup butter 
  • 0.5 teaspoon canola oil 
  • tablespoon chicken soup base 
  • 12 ounce fettuccine barilla uncooked
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  •  green onions sliced
  • teaspoon seasoned pepper 
  • ounce cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions, adding oil and bouillon granules to water; drain and keep warm.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet; add green onions, and saut until tender.
  3. Add cheese; reduce heat, and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until melted.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Add fettuccine, tossing to coat; serve immediately.
