  • 0.5 cup athenos cheese blue
  • oz colby & monterey jack cheeses shredded kraft
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • 10 12-inch flour tortillas ()
  •  green onions sliced
  • cups pear-apple chutney 

Equipment

  • frying pan

Directions

  1. Place cream cheese, blue cheese and green onions in food processor container; cover. Process until well blended.
  2. Spread each tortilla with 2 Tbsp. of the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over 5 of the tortillas; top with remaining tortillas, cream cheese sides down.
  4. Coat griddle or large skillet with cooking spray. Cook quesadillas 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  5. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
  6. Serve warm with Pear Apple Chutney.
