Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup cheese blue crumbled
  • large cucumber peeled sliced in half lengthwise
  • tablespoons optional: dill fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup cream sour
  • 0.3 cup onion white minced
  • pinch pepper white to taste
  • tablespoon granulated sugar white
  • tablespoons citrus champagne vinegar

Directions

  1. With a spoon, scoop out the seeds from the cucumber halves. Slice the cucumbers into thick half moons, and place the slices on a plate on paper towels.
