  • cup blueberries fresh
  • 0.8 cup buttermilk 
  • tablespoons canola oil

  • tablespoons granulated sugar 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons lemon zest 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted melted
  • teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • cup walnuts chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a dry skillet, toast walnuts over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
