Ingredients

  • 50 milliliter brandy divided
  • tablespoon butter melted
  •  graham cracker squares 
  • 0.3 cup greek yogurt plain fat-free
  • tablespoon honey 
  •  peaches firm pitted ripe halved
  • teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine yogurt, sugar, and 1 teaspoon brandy. Cover and chill.
  3. Combine remaining brandy, butter, and honey.
  4. Place peach halves, cut side down, on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 2 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.
  5. Remove peaches from grill; thinly slice and place in a bowl. Stir in honey mixture.
