  • cup milk fat-free
  •  bell pepper green chopped
  • tsp penzey's southwest seasoning dried italian
  • small onion chopped
  •  bell pepper red chopped
  • slices bread whole wheat

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook vegetables in medium nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Place in large bowl.
  4. Add egg product, milk, cheese and seasonings; mix well.
  5. Place bread in 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with egg product mixture.
  6. Bake 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
