Ingredients

  • cup broccoli fresh chopped
  • tablespoons butter 
  • 10.8 ounce cream of mushroom soup canned
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 pound fettuccine pasta dry
  •  chicken breasts boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add fettuccini pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente, adding broccoli for the last 4 minutes of cooking.
  3. Drain.
  4. Cut chicken breast meat into bite size pieces, trimming any fat off in the process. In a large skillet melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
  5. Add chicken and saute until well browned.
  6. Add soup, milk and cheese and stir all together.
  7. Add pasta/broccoli mixture and heat through.
  8. Serve hot.
