Ingredients

  • ounces baby spinach leaves 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.3 cup butter cut into pieces
  • pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.3 cup cooking wine dry white
  • servings bread french
  •  garlic cloves pressed
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • pinch pepper dried red crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound sea scallops (slice in half if more than )
  • pound and shrimp deveined peeled
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce 

Equipment

  • frying pan
  • oven
  • roasting pan
  • broiler

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler with oven rack 6 inches away from element.
  2. Place butter in a large roasting pan, and place pan in oven just until butter melts.
  3. Remove pan from oven, and stir in wine and next 6 ingredients.
  4. Add shrimp, scallops, and tomatoes, tossing to coat.
  5. Return pan to oven, and broil 3 minutes. Stir shrimp and turn scallops; broil 2 more minutes.
  6. Remove pan from oven, and add spinach, tossing about 1 minute or until slightly wilted.
  7. Serve with French bread.
