  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil 
  • tablespoons water cold
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3.5 oz canadian bacon sliced cut into strips
  • cup asparagus fresh
  •  eggs 
  • oz cream sour
  • tablespoons spring onion chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. In medium bowl, mix flour, salt and oil with fork until all flour is moistened.
  2. Sprinkle with cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing with fork until all water is absorbed. Gather pastry into a ball. Press in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, building up edge.
  3. Bake 14 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle cheese, bacon and asparagus evenly over baked crust. In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly with fork or wire whisk.
  5. Add sour cream and onions; beat until well blended. Spoon egg mixture evenly over pizza.
  6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and edge is golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
