Ingredients

  • oz cheese blue crumbled
  • 0.8 cup breadcrumbs plain progresso®
  • 0.5 cup sauce of the chicken from the turbo broiler 
  • cup carrots finely chopped
  • cup celery finely chopped
  •  eggs 
  • clove garlic finely chopped
  • lb ground chicken 
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • cup onion finely chopped
  • teaspoon pepper 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8x4- or 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except Buffalo wing sauce.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of the Buffalo wing sauce; mix well to combine. Press mixture in pan.
  4. Bake uncovered 40 to 50 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads at least 165°F.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes.
  6. Pour remaining 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce over loaf before slicing.
