  • 0.5 cup cream cheese with pineapple
  •  muffins split english
  • 0.3 cup green onions sliced
  • ounce dole pineapple tidbits unsweetened drained canned
  • ounces preshredded nonfat pizza cheese (a blend of nonfat mozzarella and nonfat cheddar cheeses)
