Ingredients

  • 0.8 cup barbecue sauce carolina-style
  • oz cheese blue crumbled
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • 0.3 cup part-skim ricotta 
  • 13.8 oz uncook pizza crust whole refrigerated with grain* canned
  • 0.3 cup onion red sliced
  • 2.5 cups chicken shredded cooked

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F. Grease large cookie sheet. Unroll dough on cookie sheet; starting in center, press dough into 14x12-inch rectangle.
  2. Bake 8 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce and the ricotta cheese; set aside. In medium bowl, toss shredded chicken with remaining 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
  4. Spread ricotta mixture evenly over partially baked crust. Top with chicken, onion, mozzarella cheese and blue cheese.
  5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of crust are golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle with cilantro. To serve, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
