  • cup rice cereal crispy

  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  • teaspoon ground pepper black
  • 0.5 cup seasoned bread crumbs italian
  • tablespoon milk 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut in half
