Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 24 ounces cream cheese softened
  •  eggs separated
  • 24 servings fruit fresh
  • cups graham cracker crumbs ( 32 squares)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1.5 cups sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon; stir in butter. Press into a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add egg yolks; beat on low speed just until combined.
  5. In a small bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour over crust.
  7. Bake for 28-39 minutes or until center is almost set.
  8. Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
  9. Garnish with fruit.
