Ingredients

  • lb ground beef lean
  • oz onion soup mix 
  • medium tomatoes chopped
  • 1.5 cups rice instant uncooked
  • 1.5 cups water 
  • medium tomatoes sliced
  • cup colby cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish or 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
