  • cup triple cheddar cheese shredded with a touch of philadelphia kraft
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cubed
  • cups flour 
  • 0.5 cup milk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Mix flour and baking powder in large bowl.
  3. Cut in cream cheese with 2 knives or pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in shredded cheese.
  4. Add milk; stir until mixture forms soft dough.
  5. Pat dough to 3/4-inch thickness on floured surface.
  6. Cut into 14 rounds with 2-inch fluted cookie cutter, rerolling scraps as necessary.
  7. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheet.
  8. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown.
