  • pound sausage meat cooked drained
  • ounces mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 0.5 cup spring onion sliced
  • 1.5 cups tomatoes seeded chopped
  • ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1.3 cups pancake mix 
  • cup milk 
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt 
  • 1.5 teaspoons oregano dried fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 12  eggs
