Ingredients

  • oz potato nuggets uncooked
  • 0.8 lb chicken breast for stir-fry
  • 10.8 oz cream of chicken soup canned
  • 1.5 cups plum tomatoes chopped (Roma) (4 to 5 medium)
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Drain; cover to keep warm.
  3. Meanwhile, heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken; cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center. Reduce heat to medium; stir in soup, tomatoes, milk and basil.
  5. Stir in cooked pasta. Cook about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bubbly and thoroughly heated.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand until cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
