Ingredients

  • cup zucchini shredded
  • 0.5 cup tomatoes seeded chopped
  • tablespoon oregano dried fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic 
  • 8-inch flour whole wheat (es in diameter)
  • ounces pizza cheese shredded italian
  • serving pasta sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix zucchini, tomato, oregano and garlic pepper in medium bowl.
  3. Place 4 tortillas on ungreased large cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese evenly over each of the 4 tortillas. Spoon one-fourth of the vegetable mixture over cheese. Top with remaining tortillas.
  5. Bake about 6 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
  6. Cut each quesadilla into 6 to 8 wedges.
  7. Serve with spaghetti sauce.
