  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs dried
  •  eggs beaten
  • pound ground beef 
  • servings kosher salt and pepper 
  • 26 ounce tomatoes 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup tomato paste 
  • ounces cheddar white grated
  • medium onion yellow finely chopped
