  • 0.7 cup flour all-purpose
  • teaspoons flour all-purpose
  • 0.8 cup tropical fruit mixed dried chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup coconut or sweetened flaked
  • 0.3 cup flour whole-wheat
  • 1.5 cups whole-grain granola

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Coat a 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray; dust with 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour.
  3. Weigh or lightly spoon 3 ounces all-purpose flour and 6 ounces whole-wheat flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
  4. Combine flours, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
