Ingredients

  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 10.8 ounce cream of chicken soup fat free 98% canned (Regular or )
  • servings orzo pasta hot cooked
  • 0.3 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives pitted sliced
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried crushed
  • cup plum tomatoes diced
  • 16 ounce chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • 0.8 cup water

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
  4. Stir the garlic, vinegar and water in the skillet. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in the soup, tomatoes, olives, if desired, and oregano and heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  6. Serve the chicken and sauce with the orzo.
