  •  bread rolls split french
  • teaspoons butter 
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne 
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • cup bell pepper green sliced
  • cup jack cheese shredded
  • cup mushrooms sliced
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • cup onion sliced
  •  romaine lettuce leaves 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika smoked
  • lb boned sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
  3. Add chicken, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, and seasonings and cook until chicken is browned and no longer pink inside, 6 minutes.
  4. Spread 1/2 tsp. butter inside each roll and toast rolls, opened up, in oven on a baking sheet for about 4 minutes.
  5. Lay 1 lettuce leaf in each roll.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over lettuce, then divide chicken mixture among rolls.
  7. Serve with potato chips.
