Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups broccoli 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • 10.8 ounce cream of mushroom soup fat free 98% canned (Regular or )
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • 1.5 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1.5 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 10 ounce puff pastry shells prepared pepperidge farm®
  • 16 ounce chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into strips

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until well browned and cooked through, stirring often.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
  4. Heat the remaining butter in the skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the broccoli and mushrooms and cook until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
