Ingredients

  • 1.5 teaspoons butter 
  • tablespoons breadcrumbs dry fine
  • 40 ounce stouffer's favorites escalloped chicken and noodles family style
  • small onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • ounce pimientos diced drained
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Thaw escalloped chicken and noodles in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper; saut until tender.
  4. Add cheese, and cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Stir in escalloped chicken and noodles, diced pimiento, and pepper. Spoon into a lightly greased 9-inch square baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
