  • tablespoon butter 
  • 6-inch flour tortillas ()
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • cups apples i use 2 granny smith apples peeled thinly sliced ( 2 apples)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • cups onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound chicken breast boneless skinless cut into bite-sized pieces

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken evenly with salt, nutmeg, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to pan; saut 7 minutes or until golden.
  4. Remove the chicken from pan; keep warm.
  5. Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
  6. Add onion; cook 4 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
  7. Add apple; cook 6 minutes or until golden, stirring frequently.
  8. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Return chicken to pan; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
  9. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Arrange 1/2 cup chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla.
