  • cups chicken meat cubed cooked
  • 10.8 ounce cream of mushroom soup canned
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup pimento peppers chopped
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • ounces pasta like spaghetti 
  • 0.3 cup white wine

Directions

  1. Put uncooked spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water.
  2. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  3. Drain.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  5. In a large bowl combine the chicken, cooked spaghetti, pimento, bell pepper, onion, soup, wine and 1 cup of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix all together.
  6. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes.
